I’ve spent over two decades leading teams—first as a Special Forces Officer in the U.S. Army and now in the corporate world—where I focus on solving big challenges through thoughtful strategy and collaboration. My journey has taken me from commanding teams in complex, high-stakes environments around the globe to helping organizations grow sustainably and efficiently.

At the heart of it all, I’m someone who loves to solve problems, build strong relationships, and help others succeed. Whether it’s leading a team, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to a meaningful cause, I’m always looking for ways to learn, improve, and make a positive impact.

Today, I serve as the Chief Operating Officer at JAG Group, where I work on turning sustainability from a cost center into a driver of profitability. Before that, at Indigo Ag, I built a biofuels pipeline from the ground up, growing it to $148 million in annual revenue in just a matter of months. I’m especially proud of helping teams streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

I also enjoy giving back in meaningful ways. As a Board Member at Aktiver, I help guide the development of AI-driven systems that improve decision-making, and as Chairman of the Reverend Carl G. Vouros Memorial Fund, I support programs in education, athletics, and community health initiatives. Working on projects that make a real impact is something I find incredibly rewarding.
